从2011年开始,洛阳的房地产市场就一直面临着居高不下的“去库存”压力;而今年下半年,市场供量将翻倍剧增,各区域城中村开发项目又会纷纷上市。靠“刚需”支撑的洛阳房市,会不会越卖越多?建业集团董事长胡葆森曾经对洛阳的房地产下过这样的结论:地价不便宜,房价却不高。这基本上是2009年之前洛阳房地产市场的真实写照。按照洛阳地产联盟秘书长路延熹的解释,在洛阳城市框架拉大之前,涧西区、老城区工业厂矿的地块基本上没有动,其他地区可供开发的地块寥寥
