针对荧光渗透检测时较低的渗透温度会影响检测灵敏度的问题,对荧光渗透液的黏度等物理参数进行了试验,了解了荧光渗透液温度、黏度、检测工艺、水处理之间的关系。结果表明:选取1535℃的温度范围对渗透检验是比较适宜的。最后提出了荧光渗透槽温度的改造方案,可以保证渗透检测的灵敏度。
Aiming at the problem that the lower infiltration temperature will affect the detection sensitivity when the fluorescent infiltration is detected, the physical parameters such as the viscosity of the fluorescent permeate are tested and the relationship between the temperature, the viscosity, the detection process and the water treatment of the fluorescent permeate is understood. The results show that it is more suitable to select the temperature range of 1535 ℃ for the infiltration test. In the end, the solution of the temperature of the fluorescence permeation tank is proposed, which can ensure the sensitivity of the permeation detection.
