目前游梁式提油机采用的几种节能控制方式中存在成本高、节能效果不够理想等缺陷。在此,提出了一种功率因数PID控制方案。在提油机活塞下降过程中采用配电变压器低电压输出的供电模式,获得在电动机空载运行状态下合适的工作电压,在提油机活塞上升的过程中采用交流自动调压的方法获得合适的工作电压,使得电动机的功率因数保持在0.75以上,获得了比较理想的节能效果。
