21世纪的人才培养应把能力培养放在首位,二语教师的培养也当如此。要实现汉语国际教育硕士的9个能力培养目标,目前的培养模式还需要进一步完善,使之具有可持续性。现有培养模式的三个环节需要重新整合,培养课程要围绕海外实习分三类开设并分三阶段设置,以兼顾全局;学位论文撰写及相关职业能力培养要通过海外指导和后实习课程来落实。
Talent cultivation in the 21st century should give top priority to capacity-building, as is the cultivation of second-language teachers. In order to achieve the 9 capacity-building goals of the Master of International Education in Chinese, the current training model needs to be further improved to make it sustainable. The three aspects of the current training mode need to be reorganized. The training courses should be set up in three categories and set in three phases in order to give consideration to the overall situation. The preparation of dissertations and relevant vocational skills should be implemented through overseas guidance and post-practice courses .
