患者27岁,G_1P_0,妊38~+周。因排便用力,2小时后出现腹痛、阴道出血于1989年12月16日急诊入院。末次月经为3月22日,预产期12月29日。停经后无早孕反应,妊4个月有胎动,无高血压、蛋白尿、水肿史,入院前无性交及外伤史。查体:T36.8℃,P88次/分,BP100/70mmHg。面色苍白,精神萎靡。心肺(一)。子宫硬如板状,无压痛,腹围100cm,宫高40cm,胎位不清,胎音130次/分,宫口未开,阴道继续少量鲜
Patients 27 years old, G_1P_0, pregnancy 38 ~ + weeks. Due to defecation force, abdominal pain after 2 hours, vaginal bleeding in December 16, 1989 emergency admission. The last menstruation March 22, the expected date of December 29. Postmenopausal pregnancy without early pregnancy response, pregnancy 4 months fetal movement, no hypertension, proteinuria, history of edema, no history of sexual intercourse before admission and trauma.
