目的:探讨应用FRⅢ型功能矫治器对治疗早期前牙反合中的临床疗效。方法:选择争对就诊我院的30例前牙反合患者,男17例,女13例,年龄4～12岁,平均年龄8岁,采用FRⅢ型功能矫治器进行矫治治疗,通过治疗效果对FRⅢ型矫治器的适应证、矫治时机等进行分析。结果:30例患者中有29例经过矫治治疗疗效明显,其中良好24例,一般5例,差1例,平均疗程:8个月。结论:FRⅢ型功能矫治器对早期前牙反合的矫治效果十分明显。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of FR Ⅲ functional appliance in the treatment of anterior crossbite. Methods: Thirty cases of anterior crossbite patients, 17 males and 13 females, aged from 4 to 12 years and mean age of 8 years old were enrolled in this study. The patients were treated with FR Ⅲ functional appliance, FR Ⅲ appliance indications, corrective timing and other analysis. Results: Among the 30 patients, 29 cases were treated by orthodontic treatment. Among them, 24 were good, 5 were fair and 1 was poor. The average course of treatment was 8 months. Conclusion: The effect of FR Ⅲ appliance on the treatment of anterior crossbite is very obvious.
