高等学校图书馆主要读者是学生和教师。作为图书馆,对读者的意见要善于听取,认真研究,改进服务。下面说说我们的一些做法: 一、当读者反映常借不到想借的书时,我们就进行了调查研究。调查结果表明,我馆的图书拒借率相当高,平均拒借率达27.5%,社科书拒借率高达50%。拒借率高固然有种种原因,但其中一个重要原因就是书卡不一致。为了读者,我们就迎难而上。取得院领导的支持,在馆长的亲自领导和参加下,我们利用假期实实在在地进行了约40万册中文图书书卡核对工作。受到师生们的欢迎。
The main readers of university libraries are students and teachers. As a library, we must be good at listening to the views of readers, study hard and improve service.
