目的 :观察黄斑部疾病在光学相干断层扫描技术 (optical coherence tomography,OCT)检查中的表现。方法 :选择经眼底镜、FFA或 ICG等检查证实的 40例 47眼黄斑部疾病眼行 OCT检测 ,部分病例进行定期的 OCT复查。结果 :40例 47眼中 :黄斑裂孔 5眼 ,黄斑前膜 4眼 ,黄斑囊样水肿 8眼 ,中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变 2 0眼 ,脉络膜新生血管 5眼 ,视网膜脱离累及黄斑部复位术后者 5眼 ,在 OCT中各有其特殊图像。结论 :OCT是一项敏感的诊断黄斑疾病的新技术
Objective: To observe the performance of macular diseases in optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods: OCT was performed in 40 eyes of 47 macular macular diseases confirmed by ophthalmoscope, FFA or ICG examination. In some cases, regular OCT was performed. Results: In 40 eyes of 47 eyes, there were 5 macular holes, 4 anterior macular membrane, 8 macular cystoid edema, 20 central serous chorioretinopathy, 5 choroidal neovascularization and retinal detachment after macular degeneration 5 eyes, each with its own special image in the OCT. Conclusion: OCT is a sensitive new technique for diagnosing macular disease
