众所周知原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP),常用糖皮质激素治疗。虽然皮质激素能提高患者外周血的血小板数,但其作用机理仍不清楚。一些作者曾报告人及实验性动物在用皮质激素治疗后,经体外观察方法,发现有抑制各种吞噬细胞吞噬致敏细胞的能力。作者也曾观察到ITP患者血清致敏的血小板,能明显地被自身的粒细胞吞噬的现象。从周围血分离单核细胞,也发现摄取大肠杆菌脂多醣-石蜡油小滴速度减慢。作者设计白细胞吞噬功能试验方法的研究表明:应用大剂量的皮质激素治疗ITP患者,白细胞吞噬致敏血小板的作用被抑制,血小板数也随之上升。选择6名曾作脾切除和免疫抑制剂治疗无效的ITP患者,给予甲基强地松龙96毫克/日×5天,结果血小板数目比原来
It is well-known that idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), commonly used glucocorticoid therapy.
