本文对于痕量铜在过硫酸盐-溴化物-抗坏血酸体系中的催化动力分析从事研究、并确定其实验最佳条件。得出一般分析线性范围为0.01—1.0ppm,检测下限可达10ppb,外来离子例如1000ppm Mg~(2+),Zn~(2+),C1~(3+),Pb~(2+)等对于0.1ppmCu~(2+)干扰甚小;但Fe~(2+),Sb_(3+)及Mo(Ⅳ)在一定浓度下干扰较大。应用于实物测定:人发铜14.0,指甲铜11.1,血清铜1.77ppm,与原子吸收法比较,结果基本相似。
