采用组织透明技术,研究了亲合性互作体系中新月弯孢菌在玉米叶片上的侵染过程。结果表明,接种2 h后分生孢子即可萌动,4、6 h的萌发率分别为80%和99%,12~24 h之间侵染丝从细胞间隙和气孔侵入表皮细胞,穿透细胞壁在细胞间迅速扩展。侵染丝穿透寄主细胞壁时菌丝明显变细。菌丝在穿过气孔时,气孔结构明显被破坏,保卫细胞被降解。接种3 d后,病菌从气孔或细胞间隙伸出,形成分生孢子梗和分生孢子,叶片表现明显症状。
Tissue-transparent technique was used to study the infection process of Curvularia lunata in maize leaves in the affinity interaction system. The results showed that the conidia germinated 2 h after inoculation, the germination rates at 4 and 6 h were 80% and 99%, respectively.
