近年来,我国牛肉价格高位小幅徘徊,与前期价格持续高涨阶段相比,我国牛肉生产与消费出现了一些新的特征和趋势。本文重点对我国近二三年来牛肉价格下降趋势和价格波动特征进行分析,并且从我国肉牛产业发展、牛肉进口趋势以及居民消费需求变化等方面对牛肉价格下降原因进行分析。在此基础之上,本文提出加强牛肉生产供给侧改革、完善牛肉价格调控、打击牛肉走私、提高牛肉产品市场竞争力等建议,以期更好地促进我国肉牛产业的发展。
In recent years, the high price of beef in our country has slightly hovered. Compared with the period in which the price of the beef kept rising in the past period, some new features and trends have emerged in the production and consumption of beef in our country. This article focuses on the analysis of the downward trend and price fluctuation characteristics of beef in the recent two to three years in our country, and analyzes the causes of the decline in the price of beef from the aspects of the development of beef industry in our country, the trend of beef import and the change of residents’ consumption demand. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the supply side reform of beef production, perfecting the control of beef price, cracking down on smuggling of beef, and improving the market competitiveness of beef products so as to promote the development of beef cattle industry in our country better.
