为实现区域性的紧急交通事件的快速疏导与救援,进行科学合理的调度警力,提出应急警力配置模型。该模型基于图论原理构建原始问题的拓扑结构,利用遗传算法求解。通过该模型的求解可以得出应急警力布点的最优配置,以满足在给定警力数量的情况下应急警力能够在指定时间内到达辖区内可能发生交通事件的任意应急点,并结合算例对该模型进行验证。结果表明:在满足模型要求的假设条件下,利用MATLAB软件结合遗传算法,可以最终获得优化的警力配置方案。因此,基于图论与遗传算法相结合构建的城市道路交通应急警力配置模型,可以实现公安警力救援的优化调度,进一步实现科学而高效率的救援。
In order to quick guide and rescue regional emergency traffic accidents and carry out scientific and reasonable police deployment, a model of emergency police force deployment is proposed. The model builds the topology of the original problem based on the theory of graph theory and uses genetic algorithm to solve it. Through the solution of the model, the optimal configuration of emergency police force distribution can be obtained to meet any emergency point that the emergency police force can reach the traffic accident in the jurisdiction within a specified time given the number of police forces. The model is validated. The results show that under the assumptions of meeting the requirements of the model, the optimization of police configuration can be finally obtained by using MATLAB software combined with genetic algorithm. Therefore, based on the combination of graph theory and genetic algorithm, the urban road traffic emergency police configuration model can realize the optimal dispatch of public security police rescue and further realize the scientific and efficient rescue.
