为探讨睾丸组织移植后是否具有内分泌功能,作者选用新生大鼠睾丸组织为组织来源,将新鲜睾丸组织及冷冻保存3个月后的睾丸组织分别移植到已去势15天的雄性大鼠的后肢大腿内侧皮下.结果表明,新鲜及冻存后的新生大鼠睾丸组织移植后均具有分泌睾酮的机能,移植术后1个月受体血清睾酮较移植前显著增高(P<0.01),而新鲜与冻存的睾丸组织两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05).该实验结果为临床进行人类胎儿睾丸组织移植提供了实验基础.
