目的了解深圳市坪山新区白纹伊蚊野外种群对氯菊酯抗性及羧酸酯酶活性水平,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供数据支持。方法采用幼虫浸渍法对白纹伊蚊进行氯菊酯抗药性测定,同时采用酶联免疫分析法对野外及敏感品系白纹伊蚊进行羧酸酯酶活性测试,分析比较野外品系和敏感品系羧酸酯酶活性的差异。结果坪山新区白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯的抗药性为4.17,属低抗性;野外品系与敏感品系白纹伊蚊羧酸酯酶活性浓度分别为(1 019.768±150.189)U/ml、(768.587±84.876)U/ml,野外品系酶活性明显高于敏感品系,差异有统计学意义(t=3.256,P=0.012)。结论深圳市坪山新区白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯的低抗性可能与羧酸酯酶酶活性水平高有关。
Objective To understand the resistance to permethrin and carboxylesterase activity of Aedes albopictus in the Pingshan new district of Shenzhen, and to provide data support for the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The permethrin resistance of Aedes albopictus was determined by larva dipping method. The carboxylesterase activity of wild and susceptible strain Aedes albopictus was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The contents of carboxylic acid Differences in esterase activity. Results The resistance to permethrin in Aedes albopictus of Pingshan New District was 4.17, which was low resistance. The carboxylesterase activity of Aedes albopictus in field and susceptible strains was (1 019.768 ± 150.189) U / ml, 768.587 ± 84.876) U / ml. The enzyme activity in the field was significantly higher than that in the susceptible strain (t = 3.256, P = 0.012). Conclusion The low resistance to permethrin of Aedes albopictus in Pingshan new district of Shenzhen may be related to the high level of carboxylesterase activity.
