研制了猪脑心肌炎(EMCV)与猪圆环病毒(PCV-2)二联灭活疫苗EMCV/PCV-2,并选择小鼠和猪进行疫苗的安全性与免疫效力试验。结果显示:EMCV/PCV-2二联灭活疫苗对小鼠、仔猪、后备母猪和不同妊娠阶段母猪均安全。免疫小鼠时的最佳接种剂量为0.1mL,首免和二免的保护率分别高达80%和100%,免疫效果均高于相应单苗,并可产生各自的高水平抗体;免疫仔猪时的最佳接种剂量为2mL,免疫效果略高于相应单苗和PCV-2商品苗,且平均日增重最高,料肉比最低,攻毒保护试验结果表明可完全有效抵抗EMCV和PCV-2强毒株的攻击。该疫苗为2种疾病的联合免疫提供了可能,达到“一针防两病”的效果,满足了EMCV免疫的潜在需求。
The EMCV / PCV-2 inactivated vaccine of porcine encephalomyocarditis (EMCV) and porcine circovirus (PCV-2) was developed and the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine were tested in mice and pigs. The results showed that the EMCV / PCV-2 dual inactivated vaccine was safe for mice, piglets, gilts and sows of different gestational age. The optimal vaccination dose was 0.1 mL when the mice were immunized, and the protection rates of the first and second immunizations were as high as 80% and 100% respectively. The immune effects were higher than that of the corresponding single seedlings and produced high level of antibodies. The best vaccination dose was 2mL, the immune effect was slightly higher than that of the corresponding single seedling and PCV-2 commercial seedlings, and the average daily gain was the highest and the feedstuff meat ratio was the lowest. The results of challenge protection test showed that it was completely resistant to EMCV and PCV-2 Strong strain of attack. The vaccine offers the potential for combined immunization of both diseases to achieve the “one needles and two patented” effects that meet the potential need for EMCV immunity.
