从信息传递的角度出发,将企业社会责任行为与利益相关者联系起来,提出企业承担社会责任的行为通过各种信息载体为利益相关者所获知。利益相关者通过个人利益和价值认同感,对社会责任信息载体提供的信息做出响应,并做出对企业有利的决策。如此,形成一个良性的双向循环模式。
From the perspective of information transmission, we link corporate social responsibility behaviors with stakeholder, and propose that corporate behaviors of social responsibility are obtained through various information carriers for stakeholders. Stakeholders respond to the information provided by social responsibility information carriers through personal interests and value identifications and make decisions that are good for the business. In this way, a virtuous two-way circular pattern is formed.
