由《经济社会体制比较》杂志社主办的“基金业立法和基金业发展专题公讨会”日前在北京召开。有关政府主管部门专家、政策研究部门专家和企业界的代表共80多人参加了研讨会。 会议强调,立法滞后是当前制约我国基金业健康快速发展的瓶颈因素。行政法规、规章不能代替法律作为基金业发展的根本依据。健全的基金法律体系是促进基金业健康快速发展的重要保障,加快基金业立法是当务之急。
The “Symposium on the Legislation of the Fund Industry and the Development of the Fund Industry” sponsored by the magazine “Comparison of Economic and Social Systems” was held in Beijing recently. More than 80 experts from government departments, experts from policy research departments and business representatives attended the seminar. The meeting stressed that the lag of legislation is the bottleneck factor currently restricting the healthy and rapid development of China’s fund industry. Administrative regulations and rules can not replace the law as the fundamental basis for the development of the fund industry. A sound fund legal system is to promote the healthy and rapid development of the fund industry an important guarantee, to speed up the fund industry legislation is a top priority.
