应用几种新型植物调节剂对芝麻进行拌种和叶面喷施处理,观察它们对芝麻生长发育和产量的影响.结果表明各调节剂拌种处理使种子内过氧化物酶活性增强,脂肪分解利用加快,促进芝麻发芽和侧根的发生,增加株高和叶片数、进而提高产量和抗逆性.除助壮素外,各处理的产量都比对照显著增加,其中以“802”叶面喷施和壮苗素拌种处理的效果最佳。 Sesame seed dressing and foliar spraying treatments were applied with several new plant regulators to observe their effects on the growth and yield of sesame.The results showed that the seed dressing treatment with various regulators enhanced the activity of peroxidase in the seeds and the lipolysis The use of accelerated, to promote sesame germination and lateral root formation, increase plant height and leaf number, thereby increasing yield and resistance.In addition to mepiquat chloride, the yield of each treatment significantly increased compared with the control, of which “802” foliar spray Shi and strong seedling seed dressing treatment best.
