研究肠道推进运动通常用炭末做指示剂。为避免炭末与药物混合时对药物中的有机化合物产生吸附作用,从而影响其药理作用,以及灌胃时炭末堵塞灌胃针头的弊病,在我们的实验中用次甲蓝代替炭末做指示剂来观察小鼠肠道运动的状况。选用18.5~20.0g 小鼠,雌雄均可。禁食24小时后,用2.5%次甲蓝溶液灌胃。30分钟后剖腹取出整个消化道(包括胃和全部肠道),小心地将消化道置于附有刻度的玻璃板上测量从幽门到肛门的长度,同时以次甲蓝在肠道中所
The study of intestinal propulsion exercise usually uses charcoal as an indicator. In order to avoid the adsorption of organic compounds in the drug when it is mixed with the drug, thereby affecting its pharmacological effects, and the disadvantages of carbon filling the gavage needle during gavage, we used sub-blue instead of charcoal in our experiments. Indicators were used to observe the intestinal movements of mice. 18.5~20.0g mice were selected, both male and female. After 24 hours of fasting, the stomach was intragastrically administered with 2.5% methyl blue solution. After 30 minutes, the entire digestive tract (including the stomach and all intestinal tracts) was removed by cesarean section, and the digestive tract was carefully placed on a graduated glass plate to measure the length from the pylorus to the anus, while the sub-methylene blue was in the intestine.
