游客满意度就是指顾客对所购买的旅游产品或服务的满意程度。游客满意度的提升对增强游客忠诚和降低游客价格敏感性有着重要意义,因此对游客满意度的研究,尤其是对其满意水平的量化研究是当前国内外学者及业界研究的焦点。本文梳理了目前较常用的游客满意度测量方法,以其对现有满意度测量方法研究状况取得清晰认识并指导未来理论研究的长足发展。
Visitor satisfaction refers to the customer satisfaction of the purchase of travel products or services. The improvement of tourist satisfaction is of great significance to enhance the tourists’ loyalty and reduce the price sensitivity of tourists. Therefore, the research on tourist satisfaction, especially the quantitative research on the level of satisfaction, is the focus of scholars and industry at home and abroad. This article combs the commonly used method of measuring tourist satisfaction at present, and obtains a clear understanding of the research status of existing methods of measuring satisfaction and guides the rapid development of future theoretical research.
