本文的目的主要在于从哲学角度深层挖掘以人为本的意义,力求从中进一步开辟当代中国人学研究的新道路。本文认为,以人为本是一种注重人人平等、尊重人权、尊重个人的社会主义的基本价值;以人为本是一种注重民主、协商和服务的现代执政方式;以人为本是一种注重“解放人”和“开发人”的文化启蒙;以人为本是一种具有融合凝聚功能的共同价值观;以人为本是一种引领各项工作的实践理念。
The main purpose of this paper is to deeply tap the meaning of people-oriented from a philosophical point of view, and strive to further open up a new path of contemporary Chinese studies. This paper argues that people-oriented is a basic value of socialism that emphasizes equality for all, respect for human rights and respect for the individual. People-oriented is a modern way of governance that emphasizes democracy, consultation and service. People-oriented is a kind of emphasis on “liberating people” and “ Developer ”culture enlightenment; people-oriented is a common value with the function of integration and cohesion; people-oriented is a kind of practice to lead the work of the concept.
