随着电网规模的扩大与电网互联的发展,区域电网间联络线功率控制的要求更加严格,原有的有功功率调度方法已难适应电网的发展的要求。结合湖北电网有功功率调度的难点问题,提出了相应的解决思路,介绍了湖北电网建设的“智能决策,在线指令,实时控制”的实时平衡智能调度系统。
With the expansion of grid scale and the interconnection of power grids, the power control requirements of tie lines in regional power grids are more stringent. The original active power scheduling method has been difficult to meet the requirements of grid development. Combined with the difficult problems of active power dispatching in Hubei Power Grid, the corresponding solutions are put forward. The intelligent real-time dispatching system of “intelligent decision-making, online command and real-time control” for Hubei power grid construction is introduced.
