以晚熟优良品种九月菊桃为试材,设7种不同培养基,8种不同外植体及2种光因子,共计24个处理,进行试验。结果表明,基本培养基以MS最好,其次为改良K和WPM,AP无效。不同外植体的不定消发生率,以全胚最高,其次为去子叶胚,对子叶进行切块比切伤再生率高,切4块比8块再生率高,先暗处理比不暗处理再生率高。
Nine varieties of jujube peach, which are the late-maturing elite varieties, were used as experimental materials, and seven different media, eight different explants and two photofactors were used for 24 treatments.
