以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,通过正交试验确定了从川西稀土矿泥氯化焙烧水浸液中制备晶态碳酸稀土的最佳制备条件.讨论了碳酸氢铵在沉淀过程中的作用、析出碳酸稀土的最低pH值、过饱和度及外加(NH4)2SO4等对晶态碳酸稀土生成的影响.经化学分析、X射线衍射及电镜确认制备的为条形晶态碳酸稀土.
By using ammonium bicarbonate as precipitating agent, the optimum preparation conditions for preparing crystalline rare earth carbonate from the chlorination roasting aqueous solution in western Sichuan rare earth slime by orthogonal test were determined. The effect of ammonium bicarbonate in the precipitation process, the effect of precipitation pH, supersaturation and addition of (NH4) 2SO4 on the formation of crystalline rare earth carbonate were discussed. The chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy confirmed the preparation of the bar-shaped crystalline rare earth carbonate.
