针对早期真空自耗电极凝壳炉的综合技术性能相对落后的现状,通过国内最大容量的真空自耗电极凝壳炉(500kg)熔炼工艺及控制过程,介绍了一种基于PLC真空自耗电极凝壳炉控制系统,系统的分析了真空自耗电极电弧凝壳炉控制原理和各个参数之间的关系,提出了凝壳炉控制中的关键点与难点,结合设计中出现的问题,现场运行数据表明,PLC控制系统运行稳定可靠,操作方便,维护量小,对提高熔炼工艺水平、保证产品质量和提高经济效益具有非常重要的意义。
