多向振动对于现行的混凝土制品的振动方式将是一个很大的改进。它将使振动机械构造大为简化、电能大量节约、振动噪音降低,更重要的是它能提高振动效率和提高混凝土制品的质量。多向振动对诸如管子、电杆、轨枕、柱、桩、梁等细长比较大的特种混凝土结构的制品或薄壁高强的混凝土制品更为适用。因此,这种振动方式对我国成百个水泥制品厂、电杆厂、轨枕厂都具有较大的实用价值。国外已进行这方面的研究,有的已应用于生产。
Multi-directional vibration will be a great improvement for the current vibration method of concrete products. It will greatly simplify the vibration mechanical construction, save a lot of electric energy, reduce vibration noise, and more importantly, it can improve the vibration efficiency and improve the quality of concrete products. Multi-directional vibration is more suitable for products such as pipes, poles, sleepers, columns, piles, beams and other slender and relatively large special concrete structures or thin-walled high-strength concrete products. Therefore, this kind of vibration method has great practical value for hundreds of cement products factories, pole factories and sleeper factories in China. Foreign studies have been conducted in this area, and some have been applied to production.
