本文介绍日本企业在阻燃技术研究方面的最新研究成果及发展动态。为了预防火灾保证消费者安全,国际上推行严格的阻燃剂标准,禁止不达标阻燃剂流通。考虑到阻燃剂的环境安全,日本近年来开始采用RoHS标准、REACH标准,规范阻燃剂的使用。现阶段阻燃剂技术研究的目标是:不损害高分子材料的物理性能和加工性能,少量添加即可使聚合物获得优良的阻燃性。纵观各种开发途径,新阻燃材料研究的中心是开发燃烧时气相状态阻燃效果好的阻燃剂系列及提高固相碳层安定性。
This article introduces the latest research results and developments of Japanese companies in the research of flame retardant technology. In order to prevent fires to ensure consumer safety, strict international standards for the implementation of flame retardants, prohibit the non-compliance flame retardant circulation. Taking into account the environmental safety of flame retardants, Japan in recent years began to adopt RoHS standards, REACH standards, regulate the use of flame retardants.
