最近的研究表明,含吡啶和噻唑基团的化合物具有生物活性。通过研究发现一种新的合成吡啶并噻唑脲类化合物的方法:杂环胺类化合物和中间体。通过常规方法反应得到吡啶并噻唑脲类化合物,可以获得令人满意的产率。得到的吡啶并噻唑脲类化合物通过1H-NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析得到确认,并研究相关化合物的生物活性。
Recent studies have shown that compounds containing pyridine and thiazole groups have biological activity. Through the study found a new method for the synthesis of pyridothiazolyl urea compounds: heterocyclic amines and intermediates. The pyridothiazolyl urea compound is obtained by a conventional method to obtain a satisfactory yield. The obtained pyridothiazolyl ureas were confirmed by1H-NMR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis, and the biological activities of the related compounds were investigated.
