脂肪伯胺是一种工业用途很广的精细化工产品和中间体,传统的脂肪伯胺生产工艺就是将脂肪酸与合成氨直接反应生成脂肪腈,再将脂肪腈加氢还原即得到脂肪伯胺。选择合适的脂肪酸氨化制腈催化剂,对脂肪伯胺产品品质和生产成本都有至关重要的影响。在大量的试验和试生产数据的基础上优选出一种比较合适的脂肪酸氨化制腈催化剂。
Primary fatty amine is a kind of fine chemical products and intermediates widely used in industry. The traditional production process of primary fatty amine is to directly react fatty acid with synthetic ammonia to produce fatty nitrile, then to obtain fatty primary amine through hydrogenation reduction of fatty nitrile. The choice of a suitable catalyst for the nitration of fatty acids to nitriles has a crucial impact on the quality and cost of primary fatty amine products. Based on a large number of test and trial production data, a more suitable catalyst for the ammoniation of fatty acids to nitrile was selected.
