From my personal experience, I learned from the teaching work of the current financial institutions that theory needs to be restructured out of practice. Schools are places where people are trained, and those with higher education should be able to say (theory) rather than “high scores, low energy” nerds. Of course, from school to society, there is no point in learning from work. However, the education in schools should focus on practice, make efforts in pragmatic teaching and shorten the process as much as possible. Here I talk a little superficial opinion: First, the reform of teaching materials. The current accounting textbook emphasis on basic theory, while ignoring the basic skills. Of course, finance and economics colleges and universities are the places where high and middle-level economic managers are trained. It is right for students to have higher theoretical level. However, after students graduate, they should directly engage in accounting work and need practical work skills. It is suggested that the State Education Commission and the Ministry of Finance organize the preparation of some popular and practical work rules
