目的评估中国汉族T2DM患者ACE基因内含子16插入(I)/缺失(D)多态性与DN间的相关性。方法应用RevMan 5软件对21项关于ACE基因插入/缺失多态性与DN关联性的相关研究进行分析,共纳入DN患者2189例,无DN的T2DM患者2160例。结果各研究间具有明显的异质性(P<0.05),随机效应模型分析结果显示,II基因型发生DN的OR值为0.63[95%CI(0.50~0.81)]。结论在中国汉族T2DM患者中,ACE基因的插入(I)多态性,纯合子基因型对个体DN的风险具有保护性作用。
Objective To assess the association between intron 16 insertion (I) / deletion (D) polymorphism and DN in T2DM Chinese Han population. METHODS: Twenty-one studies of the association of ACE gene insertion / deletion polymorphisms with DN were analyzed using RevMan 5 software. A total of 2160 patients with DN and 2160 T2DM without DN were enrolled. RESULTS: Significant heterogeneity was observed in all studies (P <0.05). The results of the random-effects model showed that the odds ratio for DN genotype II was 0.63 [95% CI (0.50-0.81)]. Conclusions Insertion polymorphism of ACE gene in Chinese Han patients with T2DM and homozygote genotypes have a protective effect on the risk of individual DN.
