某些污染环境的重金属离子具育致癌性,铅即其中一种。鉴于激活的巨噬细胞在体外具有很强的抗瘤细胞生长的作用,所以巨噬细胞可能是人类抗肿瘤免疫防御体系的重要组成部分。本实验的目的是证实铅离子能否抑制巨噬细胞的细胞毒活性。结果显示:激活的肺泡巨噬细胞能抑制Hela细胞的生长(细胞毒指数为64.37±2.76,P<0.01);铅离子可以干扰肺泡巨噬细胞的这种功能。当Pb~(++)浓度为10~(-5)M时,细胞毒指数降到56.11±0.90(P<0.05);Pb~(++)浓度为10~(-4)M时,细胞毒指数降到41.91±3.22(P<0.01)。
Some heavy metal ions pollute the environment with carcinogenicity, lead is one of them. Since activated macrophages have a strong antitumor cell growth in vitro, macrophages may be an important part of the human anti-tumor immune defense system. The purpose of this experiment is to confirm whether lead ions can inhibit the cytotoxic activity of macrophages. The results showed that activated alveolar macrophages could inhibit the growth of Hela cells (cytotoxic index was 64.37 ± 2.76, P <0.01); lead ions could interfere with the function of alveolar macrophages. When Pb ~ (++) concentration was 10 ~ (-5) M, the cytotoxicity index decreased to 56.11 ± 0.90 (P <0.05) Poison index dropped to 41.91 ± 3.22 (P <0.01).
