本文使用陕西黄土制备生土砌块用粘结材料,通过总结浆体稠度和硬化体含水率对其强度影响规律,探讨研究粘结材料性能评价方法,包括试块制作与养护方法、浆体性能及硬化体性能评价方法。结果表明:粘结材料浆体搅拌时间延长,浆体稠度减小,强度略有下降;硬化体抗压强度随浆体稠度增大而减小,稠度过小则影响施工,控制实验室新拌浆体稠度范围为70mm~80mm;控制硬化体抗压强度测试时含水率为(25±3)%。
In this paper, we use Shaanxi loess to prepare the bonding material for raw earth block, and summarize the influence of slurry consistency and hardened body moisture content on its strength, and discuss the research methods of performance evaluation of bonding material, including test block making and curing method, slurry properties And hardened body performance evaluation method. The results show that: the bonding material slurry agitating time prolongs, the consistency of the slurry decreases, the strength decreases slightly; the compressive strength of the hardened body decreases with the increasing of the consistency of the slurry; if the consistency is too small, it will affect the construction, Slurry consistency range of 70mm ~ 80mm; control moisture content of the hardened body compressive strength test (25 ± 3)%.
