本文研究了钙、锆对0.2C-3Cr-2Mo-V析出硬化热作模具钢的切削性能和机械性能的影响。用光学显微镜、透射电镜、能谱分析仪分析了含钙、锆钢中的夹杂物形态、类型。实验结果表明:(1)试验钢中加入适量的钙、锆,对钢的切削性能有所改善,如以刀后角面磨损0.2mm为标准,切削性能改善0.5~1.0倍。(2)适量的锆能在钢中形成对韧性有利的Zr(MnS),但锆含量过高,还会形成Zr(C、N),如Zr(C、N)的数量过多,特别是在晶界附近富集,则严重降低钢的韧性。适量锆的加入量为0.05~0.08%。(3)钙、锆对试验钢的强度影响不明显。
In this paper, the effects of calcium and zirconium on the machinability and mechanical properties of 0.2C-3Cr-2Mo-V precipitation hardening hot work die steel were studied. The morphology and type of inclusions in calcium and zirconium steels were analyzed by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer. The experimental results show that: (1) Adding proper amount of calcium and zirconium to the test steel improves the cutting performance of the steel. For example, the cutting performance is improved by 0.5 to 1.0 times after the corner wear of the knife is 0.2mm. (2) An appropriate amount of zirconium can form Zr (MnS) which is beneficial to toughness in steel, but zirconium (C, N) is also formed excessively when the content of zirconium is too high, especially when the amount of Zr (C, N) Enrichment in the grain boundary, then seriously reduce the toughness of steel. Appropriate amount of zirconium added 0.05 ~ 0.08%. (3) The influence of calcium and zirconium on the strength of test steel is not obvious.
