当前,我国铁路易腐货物运量与运能的矛盾十分尖锐,冷藏车的数量严重不足,不到铁路货车总数的1%,加上管理维修不善,仅能完成易腐货物运量的15%。为了适应四化建设的需要,保证易腐货物的运输质量,减少货物损失,节约运输费用,大量新造冷藏车实为当务之急。但是,根据我国易腐货物运量的构成和运输特点,究竟应该添造多少辆冷藏车?同时鉴于我国目前财力和车辆的修造能力,从整个社会主义建社的全局出发,究竟应制造和发展哪些类型的冷藏车?各类冷藏车所占的比例如何
