1995年冬,笔者在沅江岸边一枯死柳木上采集到一丛生金针菇子实体,经组织分离培养获得纯菌种,这株色泽形态介于黄白金针菇的变异种,由专家鉴定定名为银针菇F_2。三年来,该品种在我地栽培推广数十万袋,产品深受消费者欢迎,售价高于常规的金针菇一倍以上,给栽培户带来较高的经济效益。 1 形状特征 银针菇F_2子实体丛生,菌盖早期为球形且肉厚,幼嫩时菌盖银白色,菌肉白色,柄粗壮中空无绒毛,味脆嫩无胶质。出菇整齐,柄长8～18cm,盖径2～5cm,菌盖不脱落,不易开伞,采收后3～5天不改变颜色,商品性好。 2 生物学特性 ①营养:菌丝体浓密粗壮,致密度超过平菇菌丝,且穿透力很强,能充分利用和分解基质营养,发挥高产优势,最适高氮配方栽培,保证采三潮商品菇,生物学效率稳定在250％。②温度:菌丝在5～32℃均能生长,但以23～26℃生长最好,35～38℃时菌丝停止生长或死亡。子实体形成温度5～20℃,适宜温度8～15℃,一般低温菇体柄粗盖大肉厚色佳,超
