自Geyer提出在酸性镀铜液中分光光度测定硫脲的可能性后,后藤佐吉等详细研究了铜电解液中微量硫脲的碘量分光光度法。作者已将此法用于生产分析中。提出利用硫脲与铜形成的对紫外光具有特征吸收的络合物。本文在该工作基础上,研究了微量硫脲与铜形成络合物的条件;络合物的光吸收性质和络合比;共存组分的干扰情况及其消除方法。为铜电解液中微量硫脲的测定提供了一个简便、快速、较灵敏的分析方法,满足了生产实际的需要。
Since Geyer proposed the possibility of spectrophotometric determination of thiourea in an acidic copper plating solution, Gotoji et al. Conducted a detailed study on the iodine content spectrophotometry of trace thiourea in a copper electrolyte. The author has used this method in production analysis. A complex of thiourea and copper that has a characteristic absorption of UV light is proposed. Based on this work, the conditions for the formation of complexes of trace thiourea with copper, the light absorption properties and complex ratio of the complexes, the interference of the coexisting components and the elimination methods were studied. It provides a simple, rapid and sensitive analytical method for the determination of trace thiourea in copper electrolyte to meet the actual needs of production.
