正确选定混凝土施工配制强度,是生产既符合质量评定标准,又具有良好经济效果的混凝土的关键。那么,施工配制强度选多大才合理呢?从理论上讲,混凝土施工配制强度,应以包括强度检验费用和拒收后经济损失在内的混凝土生产总费用为最低的条件来选定,这样的施工配制强度才是最优的。因此,这是一个比较复杂的问题,需要深入研究。目前,一般可根据抽样检查的原则,以一个协议的α值来选定施工配制强度。α是指任一批实际上是符合要求的混凝土,由于抽样检验被误判拒收的概率。工业上一般取0.05~0.10。本文在取α=0.05的基础上,就如何选定混凝土的施工配制强度进行探讨。
Correctly selecting the strength of concrete construction preparation is the key to producing concrete that meets both quality assessment standards and good economic results. So, how much is it reasonable to choose the strength of construction preparation?
