抗日战争结束后,国民政府行政院善后救济总署鲁青分署和其后的行总办事处对山东解放区实施了善后救济,一定程度上缓解了战争给人民带来的灾难。但日益恶化的国共关系,使行总的善后救济带有政治歧视的色彩,从而使其对山东解放区的救济成效大打折扣。 After the War of Resistance against Japan ended, the Luqing Sub-branch of the Aftermath of Relief and Rehabilitation Administration of the National Government Administration and the general office behind it implemented the relief measures for the Jiefang District in Shandong Province, mitigating to some extent the disaster that the war brought to the people. However, the deteriorating relations between the KMT and the CPC deteriorated the overall aftermath relief from political discrimination, thus greatly reducing its relief efforts in the liberated areas of Shandong.
