自主学习是建立在教师的地位转变和角色变化的基础之上,从教育元认知、师生关系、教师角色转变几个方面讨论对学生的自主学习的形成作用。说明外语教师应具备最主要的能力还应有包括观念和态度等内隐素质;教师的地位和学生趋于平等、互利;教师的角色以学习者和研究者为主。
Autonomous learning is based on the change of status and role of teachers, and discusses the formation of autonomous learning from the aspects of education metacognition, teacher-student relationship and teacher’s role change. It shows that foreign language teachers should have the most important abilities, including implicit qualities including concepts and attitudes. The status of teachers and students tend to be equal and mutually beneficial. The teachers’ role is mainly learners and researchers.
