目的配制低营养要素饲料,比较低营养要素、病粮以及普通饲料喂养大鼠骺板和干骺端发育的差异,探讨低营养要素对大鼠骺板和干骺端发育的影响以及对大骨节病病因研究的启示。方法 Wistar大鼠78只雌雄各半,体重60~65g,随机分为三组:A组为普通饲料组;B组为低营养要素饲料组;C组为病粮饲料组,每组26只。于0周各组处死2只大鼠,第1、2、3、4周取材,每次每组6只大鼠取左膝关节为标本。大体观察后,行HE染色和Masson染色。结果低营养要素饲料为低蛋白、低维生素、低硒。B组在第4周可见灶状坏死,钙化带细胞排列不整齐,骨化线不整齐,干骺端骨小梁排列紊乱,有较多成纤维细胞充填。结论低营养要素饲料可使大鼠骺板软骨细胞出现灶状坏死,干骺端发育有异常。这些异常是否和大骨节改变有关系有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE To formulate the difference of epiphyseal plate and metaphyseal development in rats fed with low nutrition, low nutrition, sick grain and common forage, to explore the effect of low nutrition on the development of epiphyseal plate and metaphysis in rats, Enlightenment of Etiology Research. Methods 78 Wistar rats, male and female, weighing 60-65 g, were randomly divided into three groups: group A was fed with normal diet; group B was fed with low nutrient; group C was fed with diet with groups of 26. At 0 weeks, 2 rats in each group were sacrificed and the first, second, third and fourth weeks were harvested. Six rabbits in each group were taken from the left knee joint. After general observation, HE staining and Masson staining were performed. The results of low-nutrient diet for low protein, low vitamin, low selenium. In group B, focal necrosis was seen in the fourth week. The calcified zone cells were irregularly arranged, the ossification line was irregular, the metaphysis trabecular was arranged disorderly, and more fibroblasts were filled. Conclusion The feedstuffs with low nutritional content can cause focal necrosis of epiphyseal chondrocytes in rats and abnormal development of metaphysis. Whether these abnormalities are related to the changes in the bones of the joints remains to be further studied.
