针对某气瓶充装站内发生的焊接绝热钢瓶爆炸事故,从宏观分析、微观断口形貌、化学成分、金相等方面进行系统的原因分析。结果表明:钢瓶结构不合理导致内筒与颈管连接角焊缝疲劳开裂,导致纯氧不断泄漏到真空夹层,夹层中易燃的绝热材料在泄漏产生的摩擦热或静电的激发作用下燃烧并引发剧烈爆炸。
Aiming at the explosion of welding adiabatic cylinder exploded in a cylinder filling station, the causes of the system are analyzed from macroscopic analysis, microscopic fracture surface morphology, chemical composition and gold phase. The results show that the unreasonable cylinder structure leads to the fatigue cracking of the fillet welds between the inner cylinder and the neck tube, resulting in the leakage of pure oxygen to the vacuum interlayer. The flammable thermal insulation material in the interlayer is burned under the frictional heat generated by leakage or static electricity Trigger a violent explosion.
