一、训练方法要合理 田径运动员在赛前要掌握正确的训练方法和运动技术,科学地增加运动量。对于不同年龄、性别、水平和健康状况的选手,训练时在运动量的安排上必须因人而宜,循序渐进。在制定训练计划时,要注意训练节奏,防止突然增加运动量。尤其是赛前训练一定要科学安排,协调好训练量及密度,预防过度训练,避免运动创伤出现。
