Objective To investigate the relationship between 20 neonatal behavioral neurological tests (NBNA) and hyperbilirubinemia and to understand the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on the behavior and behavior of neonates. Methods 65 cases of hyperbilirubinemia using NBNA. Results ① Serum bilirubin level of ≥205μmol / L had a significant effect on NBNA (P> 0.01, serum bilirubin≥342μmol / L, NBNA score was significantly linear correlation (r = 0.841, P <0.01 ) ②The NBNA score of hyperbilirubinemia caused by hemolysis or infection had no significant difference with that of the control group.③Concentrations of hyperbilirubinemia mainly affected children’s audiovisual orientation ability. Conclusions It is suggested that hyperbilirubinemia affects neonates Behavioral nerve, serum bilirubin ≥342μmol / L, should take positive and effective measures to reduce the occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy.
