核桃基腐病已成为影响核桃生产的重要病害之一,为了得到对核桃基腐病有拮抗作用的拮抗菌株,采用组织分离法,在分离核桃基腐病过程中得到细菌,利用平板对峙法,最终筛选得到1株拮抗效果较强的菌株GY-11,对核桃基腐病的拮抗效果达到80%。结合形态学特征、生理生化特征和16S r DNA序列分析鉴定该拮抗细菌菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。
Walnut-based rot has become one of the important diseases that affect the production of walnut. In order to obtain the antagonistic strains that have antagonistic effects on the walnut-based rot disease, the tissue separation method was used to obtain the bacteria during the isolation of walnut-based rot disease. By using the plate confrontation method, Finally, a strain GY-11 with strong antagonistic activity was screened and the antagonistic effect against walnut-based rot was up to 80%. The antagonistic bacterial strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S r DNA sequence analysis.
