某热电厂7#锅炉,型号为HG-410/9.8-YM11,1994年7月出厂,于1995年正式投入运行。2005年9月5日下午13时11分左右该锅炉的一级过热器突然发生爆管,爆管后由于高温高压蒸汽的冲蚀,致使蒸汽冲出方向屏式过热器上的3根过热器管近弯头处发生严重磨损,其中1根已磨穿。其它也有不同程度的影响。该锅炉自投用至本次一级过热器爆管,累计运行时间9万h左右。为避免和防止同类事故的再次发生,确保热电厂安全经济运行,同时为今后的管理提供可靠的科学技术依据,采用相关的技术手段对其失效情况进行分析,确定失效的原因。一级过热器管材质为12CrlMoV,规格为φ42mm×5.0mm。其额定运行压力为9.81MPa,介质温度为540℃。
