推进实施基于课程标准的教学与评价工作,是促进学生全面发展与个性发展的需要,更是当前深入推进小学阶段课程改革的必然选择。上海市嘉定区实验小学根据学科特点从多个切入点进行基于课程标准的教学流程再造:一是利用评价量表,对学生进行有针对性的过程性评价;二是实施任务驱动,捕捉学生思维差异;三是找准衔接点,内化、整合新旧知;四是应用开放的社交软件与教学、评价全过程融合。
