耐候冷弯型钢输电铁塔真型试验研究

耐候钢及冷弯型钢输电铁塔的显著特点是可避免传统输电铁塔的热镀锌防腐,大幅度减少环境污染。以梧侣—内官220 k V输电线路工程为依托,设计出1基耐候钢及冷弯角钢直线塔SZ621N。为了保证工程的安全可靠运行,耐候钢及冷弯型输电铁塔顺利通过了9个工况的100%设计荷载测试,其中超载工况下,当荷载达到118%时,铁塔发生失稳破坏。各工况试验实测位移与理论计算位移相吻合。根据试验结果,提出了耐候钢及冷弯型钢输电铁塔设计中应该注意的问题。 The salient features of weathering steel and cold-formed steel transmission tower are that it can avoid the hot dip galvanized corrosion of traditional transmission tower and greatly reduce the environmental pollution. Relying on the 220 k V transmission line project of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, a base-based weathering steel and cold-formed angle steel linear tower SZ621N are designed. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the project, weathering steel and cold-formed transmission tower successfully passed the 100% design load test of 9 conditions, in which the tower instability damage occurs when the load reaches 118% under the overload condition. The measured displacement of each condition test is consistent with the theoretical calculation of displacement. According to the test results, the problems that should be paid attention to in design of weathering steel and cold-formed steel transmission tower are proposed.
