[目的]分析本区高血压的患病情况,为制定高血压防治策略提供指导。[方法]以居委会为依托,对东丽区福山里和丰年村60岁及以上老年人高血压患病情况进行普查,筛查率为84.10%。用SPSS11.0软件进行数据分析。[结果]本区高血压患病率45.46%,新发病率为10.29%。男性高血压患病率为41.99%,低于女性的高血压患病率48.53%(χ2=7.645,P=0.006)。1级高血压患病率20.25%,占到41.37%,单纯收缩期高血压第二(14.39%),占30.51%。单纯收缩期高血压患病率从低到高依次为60～70岁(11.66%),70至80岁组(17.91%)和80岁及以上组(27.97%)(χ2=56.59,P=0.000)。女性的单纯收缩期高血压患病率(17.65%)高于男性(11.84%)(χ2=11.808,P=0.001)。高血压患者知晓率为33.39%,治疗率仅27.40%。男性的知晓率和治疗率均高于女性(P值均﹤0.05)。[结论]该区高血压防治应依托社区卫生服务站,加强高血压的健康知识宣传,规范高血压的治疗,特别强调对60岁及以上家庭主妇的健康宣教。进一步扩大高血压防治的年龄覆盖范围,重视单纯舒张期高血压的防治。
[Objective] To analyze the prevalence of hypertension in this area and provide guidance for the development of hypertension prevention and control strategies. [Method] Based on neighborhood committees, the prevalence of hypertension in aged 60 and over old people in Fushanli and Fengnian Township, Dongli District was surveyed with a screening rate of 84.10%. Using SPSS11.0 software for data analysis. [Results] The prevalence of hypertension in this area was 45.46% with a new incidence of 10.29%. The prevalence of hypertension in men was 41.99%, lower than the prevalence of hypertension in women 48.53% (χ2 = 7.645, P = 0.006). The prevalence of grade 1 hypertension was 20.25%, accounting for 41.37%, isolated systolic hypertension was the second (14.39%), accounting for 30.51%. The prevalence of isolated systolic hypertension was 60-70 years old (11.66%), 70-80 years old (17.91%) and 80 years old and above (27.97%) (χ2 = 56.59, P = 0.000 ). The prevalence of isolated systolic hypertension (17.65%) was higher in women than in men (11.84%) (χ2 = 11.808, P = 0.001). Hypertensive patients awareness rate was 33.39%, the treatment rate was only 27.40%. The awareness rate and treatment rate in males were higher than those in females (all P <0.05). [Conclusion] The prevention and treatment of hypertension in this area should rely on the community health service station, strengthen the propaganda of health knowledge of hypertension, and regulate the treatment of hypertension, with particular emphasis on the health education of housewives aged 60 and above. Further expand the age range of prevention and treatment of hypertension, emphasis on prevention and treatment of simple diastolic hypertension.
